The Treatment: How Revanesse® Versa™ Works

Before beginning your treatment with Revanesse® Versa™ in Mobile, the treatment site will be cleansed and prepared for injection. Using a blunt tipped cannula, Dr. Proffitt will inject a specific amount of Revanesse® Versa™ beneath the surface of your skin. There, it will give critical volume and fill the depression in the skin. By using a cannula, the patient will experience, reduced bruising, swelling, and vascular complications. In addition, Revanesse® Versa™ can last up to 12 months with optimal correction and in a clinical trial had 50% LESS swelling than that of a comparator product.

How Will I Look and Feel After Revanesse® Versa™?

Following your Revanesse® Versa™ treatment, the injection site may feel a bit tight and may exhibit some redness. These are temporary, however, and will dissipate quickly. For the first day after treatment, be sure to avoid exercise and alcohol. The skin smoothing effects of Revanesse® Versa™ can last up to a year in some patients.
